They soon established themselves as Lily Ltd in 1992, as a small wholesaler in womenswear fashion on Narborough Road, Leicester. Seeing a gap in the market for good quality and fast turnover garments, Lily Ltd soon started to do its own in house manufacturing. With a dedicated team of designers and sales and with great success, they invested in a knitwear plant and larger premises. Working and supplying most of the high street and independent retailers, In 2010 Lily ltd decided to launch its own ecommerce wholesale store, where it has been able to offer all of its collection directly to customers from all over the world. The whole team at Fashion-Book is dedicated to bring quality, latest trends with a wide variety of fabrics which include vintage laces, woven chiffons, georgettes, and jerseys. To make sure we stay true to our ethos all the collection sold on Fashion-Book is solely designed and made by Lily Ltd in the UK. Each department is devoted to bringing the best to all the products and services provided at Fashion-Book. How to Order First time on our website? You will need to register with us first. Look on the homepage to register. If you have already registered with us then sign in using your username and password. Step 1 | How To Order Once you have logged in you will be able to view the prices and all product information like the screen shot below. Q: How do I register? A: On the homepage go to the top right and click on create new account. Fill in all your details and login. You will now be able to see price and pack information Q: What is the minimum order amount? A: The minimum order amount is just £60. Q: How can I order? A: Online: To order online from our website follow the link below By Telephone: We can also process your order over the telephone. A: You can browse on the website and see the items of your choice without registering, but if you want to purchase an item from the website you will need to register in order to proceed to checkout. Q: Forgot your password? A: If you forgot your password or want to reset it, login to your account and request a new password. After you click on request new password, you will have to input your e-mail address, so that a password reset message will be sent to you. Then just go to your e-mail account and click on the link in the replacement login information e-mail, to reset your password. After you entered a new password click on save. A: If you want to make changes to your wholesale clothing account, then go to ‘My Account’ and click on edit. After that you will be able to edit your personal information, e-mail, password, address, phone number, VAT number, time zone settings and language settings. Once you have made the necessary changes to your account click on save and your new settings will now be saved. Q: How do I know if an item is in stock? A: Most of the items shown on the website are in stock. If any item’s are out of stock then the, add to cart icon will not be visible and when you try to add it to your shopping cart an ‘Out of Stock’ message will appear. You can either choose a different colour or another item. Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we provide a fast worldwide delivery and we use DHL or UPS for all our deliveries. Q: When will my order be dispatched? A: Orders to UK addresses Orders that come in before 2pm and payment method is PayPal will be processed and dispatch for next business day delivery via UPS or DHL. For orders which are bank transfers we will wait for cleared funds to our account and then dispatch. Orders going outside of UK International rate will depend on the country which goods are being delivered to but we try to give you our best price and service. You can choose your preferred currency when shopping from the right side of the website. Q: Can I cancel my order? A: If the order is already shipped we are not able to cancel it. Once you have received the items, please send it back to us in its original condition and we will refund your purchase. Q: What can I do if something is wrong with my order? Q: How can I return/exchange an item? A: Fashion-Book makes every effort to ensure all goods dispatched are in perfect condition, should there be a problem or fault with the goods please return them within 7 days. We will exchange, repair or issue a credit for the faulty item at our discretion. Please note that we will not issue a credit on delivery charges. Any goods returned must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving the product and all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned to us fully packaged (original packaging), unused and in a re-sale condition at your cost. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that any goods returned are received by us. We will, at our discretion, charge up to 20% restocking fee for items returned unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. A: Yes, you can use our product images for marketing purposes or on your website. Once you have made your order please email requesting the high resolution images for your order and we will email them to you. Please note that we only provide images of the items you order. Q: Can I order single pieces from a pack or have different colours in a pack? A: This will not be possible for us, as all our clothing comes prepacked in colour and size ratio in mainly packs of 6pcs. Q: Can I order same size pieces from a style on the website? A: Unfortunately we are not able to sell same size pieces as all our styles come in ratio packs and if we took one of each out we would be left with broken packs. Q: Will I get charged VAT? A: Yes, VAT is chargeable at 20% in the UK. For European Union customers with a valid VAT number, the VAT will get deducted at the end of the buying process in checkout.
